Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials while maintaining safety, security, and productivity standards. Also responsible for warehouse transactions, environment upkeep, and equipment maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure safety and follow SOPs and safety rules
• Receive and verify incoming materials
• Stock incoming orders and report damages
• Prepare and ship orders, process shipment paperwork
• Operate machinery like forklifts and reach trucks
• Load vehicles and perform minor equipment maintenance
• Conduct inventory counts and make deliveries as needed
• Assist with other warehouse duties

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift and equipment certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, at least 21 years old, and a clean MVR

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic electrical product knowledge is a plus
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Includes exposure to noise, heat, cold, electrical hazards, and physical demands like lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing/walking for extended periods. Accommodations available for disabilities.
