Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a distribution and packing team in Hanover, PA. You will handle order fulfillment, scanning barcodes, packing, labeling, and palletizing, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to perform repetitive tasks, and flexibility to support cross-department needs. Training will be provided, with overtime opportunities on weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with packing and industrial packing tasks (training provided).
• Attention to detail to ensure labels and scans are accurate.
• Basic computer knowledge to support scanning and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Take books off pallets and replenish shelves for pickers to pick orders, including stacking books on shelves.
• Remove books from the conveyor and pack them into boxes by scanning barcodes, printing labels, applying labels, sealing boxes, and returning them to the conveyor.
• Build and prepare packaging materials by making empty cardboard boxes for future orders and building pallets with shrink wrap.
• Support sorting and palletizing by sorting boxes from the conveyor, stacking pallets, and labeling boxes for the correct areas.
• When needed, assist with additional warehouse tasks such as moving pallets to the warehouse using pallet jacks and preparing "book of the month" pallets (1 book per box area).

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution and Packing team supporting order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, comfort with repetitive tasks, and the willingness to help across different departments, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $15/hr

Shift: 6am - 4pm

What's the Job?
