Job summary

The True Blue Company, LLC is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate on the 1st shift (6 AM - 3 PM, Monday–Friday) in a non-climate-controlled warehouse in Guaynabo, PR. You will unload, sort, and palletize shipments, lift up to 50 lbs, and support daily fulfillment operations.

Eligible hires receive weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, PTO, and a $50 referral bonus (conditions apply). Prior warehouse experience is required; overtime may be mandatory including Saturdays and Sundays.

• At least 6 months of recent warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a first shift with potential mandatory overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
