Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX Company, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Groveport, OH. The role involves supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory control within the Logistics Center, with flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

You will operate material handling equipment, maintain safety and cleanliness, and assist with replenishments and special projects while upholding punctuality and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate safety equipment as needed.
• Experience with material handling equipment or ability to learn safely.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with deadlines.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and following guidelines.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

Hours:

• Monday - Friday, Must be available for overtime as needed
• *1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm
• *Mid Shift 11:00am-7:30pm
• *2nd Shift 3:30pm - 12:00am

As a warehouse associate, you will perform a variety of essential functions within the Logistics Center, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the safe operation of material handling equipment to support daily warehouse operations.

What You'll Do:

• Meet performance standards across multiple functions, including productivity, quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Rotate between shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions as business needs require.
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Replenish workstations and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with company expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating or the ability to learn material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with warehouse systems, spreadsheets, databases, and related applications.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot system or process-related issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control processes.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow established safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Adaptability and willingness to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
• Ability to remain productive and focused in a fast-paced environment.
