Job summary

Best Tile is seeking an experienced warehouse associate to join our team in Greensboro, NC. In this full-time role, you will assist customers with order pick-up, prepare orders for delivery, and handle routine sales paperwork.

Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour based on experience. We offer comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and a safe, friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided).
• Dependable, hardworking, and organized.
• Alert, focused, and detail oriented.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job (lifting, carrying, bending, pushing & pulling).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order pick-up; accurately prepare orders for customers and complete sales-related paperwork.
• Load and unload bulky and heavy merchandise.
• Open crates and containers to accurately identify and receive product.
• Place incoming product in assigned storage locations.
• Relocate product as required and according to a predetermined sequence.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counting.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies, procedures, and practices.
