Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking Warehouse Associates in Grand Island, Nebraska. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and related tasks under site leadership.

The role requires a high-energy, physically demanding environment; ability to lift 25–75 lbs; prior warehouse experience preferred but training is available. Benefits start after 60 days, growth from within, and opportunities to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of duties including loading and unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and housekeeping as assigned by site leadership.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-performance culture by following safety and efficiency procedures.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to grow within Capstone Logistics.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
