Capstone Logistics LLC in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of duties across the warehouse floor. The role requires speed, energy, and a strong work ethic to handle physically demanding tasks and help maintain smooth operations across loading, unloading, and order processing.

Ideal candidates may have prior warehouse experience, but training is provided. You will join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and meeting daily targets, with opportunities for

• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training available.

• Load/unload materials, select items, transport freight, audit, repack, sort, palletize, clean up and assist site leadership as directed.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
  
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
  
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
