Job summary

Industrial Communications West in Grand Island is offering an entry-level opportunity in our warehouse. This hands on role is ideal for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of warehouse operations, inventory systems and supply chain processes in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will learn and operate our inventory systems, assist with receiving shipments, process orders, pick and pack products, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and stand for long periods.
• Solid computer skills; Microsoft Office inventory software is a plus.
• Attention to detail, time management and organization are essential.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving shipments and verifying materials.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and pack products for delivery.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through system transactions.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support product delivery and staging for outbound shipments.
• Other responsibilities & duties are subject to change to meet business needs as seen fit by the management staff.
