Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with hand tools (wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Pack products securely and prepare shipping documents.
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as trained.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow procedures for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and safety.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and organization.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, customer service and management.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable of performing warehouse duties, and able to work effectively as part of a team. This is a full-time (40+ hours per week), year-round position.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $19 - $25 per hour

• Health insurance with company contribution of 50% of employee’s monthly premium

• 401(k) with company match (after minimum eligibility requirements met)

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments.

• Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment.

• Pack products securely and prepare shipping documentation.

• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.

• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained and authorized.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

• Follow company procedures for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and workplace safety.

• Assist with periodic inventory counts and warehouse organization.

• Work cooperatively with warehouse staff, drivers, customer service, and management.

• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience (2 years preferred).

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.

• Proficient with a variety of hand and manual tools (wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, etc).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Forklift certification or previous forklift experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed.

• Ability to safely perform repetitive warehouse tasks
