Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker Associate for a Northlake, Texas facility. The role offers weekly pay and a strong benefits package as part of a safety-focused warehouse team.

You will pick products, palletize, and help maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment. Typical duties include operating standard warehouse equipment, supporting cycle counts, and collaborating with team members to meet GMP standards.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Shift Pay: $1.00
• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 5pm to 1am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
