Job summary

OnTrac in Franklin, MA is seeking Package Handlers for a part-time role in our warehouse operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for deliveries, contributing to a safe and efficient process.

This position requires 24–30 hours per week with shifts roughly Wednesday through Sunday, 2:30 AM to 8:30 AM (or end of sort). Candidates must be 18+, able to lift 50–75 lbs, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Shifts

Part-Time: (Approximately 4-5 days/week, 24-30 hours total)

• Wednesday through Sunday 2:30AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort
• Saturday through Wednesday 2:30AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
