Job summary

OnTrac in Franklin, MA is seeking a part-time Package Handler to support warehouse operations, including unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on safety and efficiency in daily tasks.

The role requires you to be at least 18 years old, able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly, and able to work in varying warehouse temperatures. Shifts include roughly 24–30 hours per week with early-morning hours.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Shifts:

Part-Time: (Approximately 4-5 days/week, 24-30 hours total)

1. Wednesday through Sunday 2:30AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort
2. Saturday through Wednesday 2:30AM to 8:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
