Key Responsibilities

• Receive Merchandise
  • Verify accuracy of inbound shipments. Inspect product and packaging for damage. Receive items in Prophet 21. Distribute merchandise to stock locations.
  • Facilitate intake of items for returns and repairs. Create items in Prophet 21, document with photos.
• Pick Orders
  • Collect products required for orders, bag and label items, process pick tickets.
  • Stage and organize items allocated to shop jobs.
• Pack Orders
  • Pack merchandise properly to ensure safe arrival at its destination. Label packages appropriately. Record shipment information in Prophet 21.
• Inventory Maintenance
  • Maintain proper labeling, stock, and replacement for inventory bins.
  • Cycle counting inventory items chosen by the computer system for review.
• Warehouse Maintenance
  • Clean as necessary. Maintain organized work area.
• General Duties
  • Prepare and process reports.
  • Complete other duties or projects that are assigned.
