As a family-owned and operated business with a strong reputation built on exceptional customer experience and a dedicated team of over 180 professionals across 10 locations, we're expanding and seeking individuals who are passionate about quality and customer satisfaction.

As our Hardware/Inventory Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing hardware and inventory within the warehouse. This role involves receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials, as well as maintaining precise inventory records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess a strong work ethic, contributing to ensuring seamless operations.

• Unload incoming shipments of hardware and inventory.
• Verify received items against purchase orders for accuracy (quantity, part number, condition).
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Organize and stage received goods for put-away.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Relocate and consolidate inventory as needed to optimize space and efficiency.
• Utilize inventory software to accurately track inventory movements.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if certified or trainable).
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including experience with inventory software or SAP is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic mathematical skills for counting and measurements.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday) 8:30AM-4:30PM

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour commensurate with experience
