Base Pay
This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Purpose
As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing, and moving merchandise on the sales floor or to customers' vehicles. Your day will involve checking inventory and orders, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. Essential Job Functions

• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations.

• Restock the show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for ease of shopping.
• Load products for customers accurately.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Forklift certification through F&D or ability to obtain it.
• Where permitted by law, passing a drug test is required for heavy equipment certification.

Working Conditions

• Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

• Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, and 20–30 pounds frequently, to move objects.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling and feeling.
• Regularly stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, and crouch.
