Intexelectric is seeking a Warehouse person in Forney, Texas, responsible for managing deliveries, maintaining the warehouse, and ensuring organizational tasks are completed effectively. This role involves working both inside and outdoors under various conditions, ensuring materials reach construction sites on time.
The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Important physical capabilities are required for this dynamic position.
The Warehouse person reports to the Construction Department Project Manager. The Warehouse ensures that tools, materials, paperwork, etc. is delivered to the appropriate projects. He also makes sure that the delivery trucks are in good working order. The rest of the job consists of working in the warehouse and organizing material and cleaning the warehouse.
All applicants must sign a release and be able to pass background check which will include a criminal background check. Applicant must pass a drug screen.
All applicants must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead. Constantly move about on the feet. Complete full day assignments involving overhead work. Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas. Possess good vision, normal or corrected. Possess good hearing, normal or corrected. This includes vision requirements.
May work inside or outside while wearing required personal protective equipment at all times; possible exposureto hot and cold temperatures, weather elements, dust, toxic materials, in restricted or confined spaces, and onslippery or uneven surfaces; works on ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, in ditches and excavations; worksin and around single and multi-story buildings with all exposures typical of a heavy construction site, includingportable sanitary facilities.
