Job Summary

Executes assigned warehouse duties accurately and efficiently to ensure achievement of corporate and customer objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Picks orders as assigned rapidly, efficiently, and accurately.
2. Packs orders as assigned rapidly, efficiently, and accurately.
3. Operates shipping system (if assigned) rapidly, efficiently, and accurately.
4. Receives incoming product as assigned rapidly, efficiently, and accurately, including loading, unloading, counting, verifying, putting away, and data collection.
5. Understands barcode technology and operates RF equipment as assigned.
6. Operates automated picking equipment, power conveyors, and forklifts as assigned.
7. Follows all warehouse operational and quality procedures.
8. Adheres to safety procedures and practices safe operation at all times.
9. Maintains a neat and orderly warehouse environment.
10. Achieves or exceeds warehouse operational standards for pick/pack/ship/receive volumes and quality.
11. Maintains a positive attitude with excellent time and attendance performance.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills & Knowledge

• High school diploma or GED required; must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets, purchase orders, receiving slips, route slips, and instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Operates automated carts and machinery.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Polaris products and parts preferred.
• Forklift experience required for receiving roles.
• Active involvement in PCI quality process.
• Valid Driver's License.

Working Conditions

• Standard warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights up to 26 feet.
• Overtime, including weekends, may be required during peak periods.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $17.43 - $21.50

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Rehire eligibility and good standing are required for current and former employees.
