Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, storing shipments, inspecting stock for damages, maintaining inventory records, and fulfilling customer orders. We seek dynamic, career-minded individuals willing to dedicate themselves to this role.

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan items into management system
• Inspect stock for damages
• Organize warehouse space
• Prepare and pick orders for shipment
• Record shipment times
• Operate warehouse tools (e.g., industrial equipment, pallet jacks)
• Count stock and manage inventory
• Perform routine cleaning
• Coordinate with management to meet objectives
• Ensure safety regulations are followed

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Lift and move objects 10-50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach frequently
• Occasionally sit, climb ladders/stairs, balance
• Work in varying environmental conditions
• Good vision (including color and peripheral), depth perception
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Time management and ability to work under pressure
• Flexible availability for various shifts and overtime
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred
