Job summary

Kotis Design, based in Fairfield, CT, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory, kit assembly, picking, packing, and shipping. The role follows a Monday–Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm schedule, providing a predictable work-life rhythm and opportunities to contribute to branded merchandise fulfillment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, basic math, reading/writing in English, and comfortable handling up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Solid basic math skills and a good ability to keep track of quantities.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check in and prepare inventory.
• Assembling kits (event/occasion swag boxes).
• Finalize product for retail.
• Pick orders from inventory.
• Pack and ship orders to clients.
• Clean/organize.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent attention to detail
• Lift and/or move up to 30 lbs at times
• Regularly stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception and ability to identify colors
• Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
• Solid basic math skills and a good ability to keep track of quantities
• Basic computer skills
• Additionally, while performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to warm or cold weather. The noise level in the work environment is often loud.
