OnTrac in Dayton, OH is seeking a Package Handler to support unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and loading trucks for deliveries. This entry-level, fast-paced position requires you to stay on your feet and work safely in a warehouse environment.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with benefits including a 401(k) match, paid sick leave, holiday premium pay, and an Employee Assistance Program. Schedule is approximately 16–20 hours across four days per week.

Pay:

Shifts Hours:

4:0 AM to 7:00 AM or End of Sort

(Variable days; approximately 4 days/week, 16-20 hours total)

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
