Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Everett, Washington, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, packing, and shipping operations across domestic and international shipments. You'll use computers, scanners, and forklifts to move inventory in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:00 pm, with overtime as needed. The team focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely processing to keep global supply chains moving.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to regularly operate a computer for basic functions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reading, writing, and understanding of English language.
• This position involves standing and/or walking for considerable lengths of time. Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must work well in a team environment and be reliable with attendance.
• Flexible schedule including overtime as needed and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, package, ship and teardown inventory across facility stages.
• Support shipping, storing, order fulfillment, and value added shop.
• Process and repackage materials to customer needs as specified.

The Warehouse Associate prepare packages and processes shipments for international and domestic customers. This may require the use of computers, emails, scanners, forklifts, and other equipment.

Work Arrangement:

• This position will require the employee to be onsite at our Washington (W Casino Rd) warehouse 5-6 days per week.
• Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform the physical activities necessary to receive, sort, package, ship and teardown inventory through the designated work stages in the facility.
• Support in one or more departments: shipping, storing, order fulfillment, value added shop.
• Process and repackage materials to customer needs as specified.
• Prepare shipments via various small package, LTL. And air carriers. This may include special documentation, labeling, and international documents.
• Maintain work and product storage areas.
• Use of Forklift and/or Order/Stock picker to transport inventory throughout the facility more than 25%.

• This position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of time. Bending to floor level is required. Heavy lifting (up to 50Lbs) is required.
• You absolutely must be able to work well in a team-environment and will also have opportunity as an individual contributor.
• Impeccable attendance is required.
• Be available to work a flexible work schedule as needed during overtime requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards within facility and daily workspace.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$25.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
