Job summary

Job Store Staffing in Englewood, CO is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a growing pharmaceutical company. This role involves receiving, organizing inventory, stocking supply rooms, and supporting manufacturing with materials.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with first shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or second shift, with pay between $21 and $23 per hour. A high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years warehouse experience, and forklift experience are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required (reach truck and cherry picker experience preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
• Experience with inventory control and ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
• Stock production supply rooms and issue materials for manufacturing.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile shortages.
• Handle rejected materials and maintain warehouse organization.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and other warehouse duties as needed.
