Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Edmond, OK. The role involves a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, order selection, and palletizing in a fast-paced environment.

You will work 5 days a week and be paid weekly, with benefits available after 60 days and opportunities for career growth. Candidates should be energetic, physically capable of lifting 25–75 lbs, and motivated to perform at a high standard.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; physical work in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight as needed.
• Select and audit orders for accuracy.
• Repack, palletize, and organize inventory.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow site leadership directions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
