Qualifications

• Reliability with punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with material handling, receiving, or driving forklift/pallet jack preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work orders and communicate effectively with the team.
• Detail-oriented with inventory accuracy and proper packing/shipping labels.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: process incoming shipments, verify packing slips against inventory, report discrepancies.
• Material Handling: move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished goods to designated locations.
• Order Fulfillment: accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for daily outbound shipping.
• Inventory Control: conduct routine cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor.
• Documentation: log incoming stock and track material movements using basic computer systems.
• Safety Adherence: follow all warehouse safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $18.50/hr
