Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Durham, NC. This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials, as well as packing and preparing orders for shipment. Day-to-day tasks include verifying shipments against documentation, operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and staging products for production and mailing. The Warehouse Associate helps keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient, and works closely with production and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving, including verifying incoming and outgoing orders and handling documentation.
• Proficiency in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as Forklift and Pallet Jack in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Basic inventory management skills and familiarity with warehouse organization and workflow.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfort with physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderately heavy items.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; prior experience in printing, mailing, or fulfillment environments is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; willingness to complete any required safety or equipment certifications.
