Job Description

A Warehouse Associate is responsible for moving products within the warehouse safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading route trucks manually or with forklift operation.

Reporting Location:

Dracut, MA

Compensation:

$20.90/hr + 6%-8% shift differential for applicable hours (5 pm to 5 am)

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday, occasional Fridays

Start Time:

5:00 PM until work is complete; 8+ hours per shift. Overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain warehouse standards by working safely and professionally
• Load and unload trucks using hands and forklifts
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Handle and store products properly
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move trucks for loading/unloading and refuel as needed
• Perform administrative tasks like inventory counts and damaged product documentation

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record in the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
• Willing to work outdoors/in all weather and overtime as needed
• Warehouse/forklift experience preferred but training provided
