Job description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of inventory in the warehouse. This role involves performing regular quality checks, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before they are shipped to customers.


Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming and outgoing products.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
* Identify and report any discrepancies or quality issues.
* Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures and best practices.
* Ensure proper labeling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss.
* Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* 1-2 years of prior experience with inventory management software (Softeon) and RF Scanner

* Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required (30lbs).

Preferred Experience:

* Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Basic computer skills with a focus in excel.
