Job summary

Colours, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Hanover Township, PA.

This role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling of inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, performing receive/inspect, inventory control, picking/packing, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and inventory systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety procedures and protocols.
• Safely lift, move and handle materials weight up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately.
• Maintain inventory control through proper documentation and organization.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment as required (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Follow all safety, quality and procedural standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
