Job summary

Employnet Workforce Management is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Denver, CO for onsite work. You will receive, store, and organize inventory, prepare totes for fulfillment, and support order picking and shipping operations.

Shift times include evenings, with base pay around market rates and a night differential. You will follow safety guidelines, perform daily cycle counts, and usePkMS/WMS systems to complete tasks with accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• Receive, store, and organize warehouse inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Verify incoming merchandise against receiving documentation and report discrepancies or damages.
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure proper product usage and freshness.
• Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves and place items into totes for shipment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and DEA regulations.

Job Description

Works in the refrigerated area.

• Responsible for preparing totes by adding ice and preparing orders prior to fulfillment by the local team.

Schedule

• Sunday: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

• Base Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
• Shift Differential: $2.00/hour for night shift

• Verify incoming merchandise against receiving documentation and report discrepancies or damages.
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure proper product usage and freshness.
• Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves and place items into totes for shipment.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently to support customer satisfaction.
• Process returns, complete required data entry, and return products to the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory control procedures and physical inventory counts as needed.
• Support order fulfillment, stocking, replenishment, and outbound shipping operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to prevent injuries and protect product integrity.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and DEA regulations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (PkMS/WMS) to perform daily tasks in automated environments.
• Develop a strong understanding of distribution center workflows and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Work overtime when required to support operational needs.
• Read and comprehend English product descriptions, labels, and warehouse documentation.
• Apply basic mathematical skills to complete warehouse tasks accurately.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
