Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performs the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation. They are also responsible for ensuring inventory is properly maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.

Reporting Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $20.90 / hr + 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked (locations vary)
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, occasional Fridays
Start Time: 5:00 PM – until work is complete; 8+hrs/shift. Overtime may be required depending on business need.

Skills Required:

• Safety is our #1 priority, and we count on you to ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner.
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers – by hand and forklift.
• Palletize products for loading.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc. (it’s okay if you don’t know how, we’ll train you!)
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage.
• Ensure order accuracy.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling.
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled times).

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years).
• You must have the ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift.
• You must be willing and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we will train associates.
