Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

The role involves loading/unloading, weighing up to 50 pounds, and using ladders, carts, and pallet jacks. You will follow security guidelines and maintain a safe workspace while supporting a collaborative team environment.

• Experience with a physical job involving repetitive motions, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain activity throughout shift.
• Strong attention to detail to follow procedures and protect confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing and sorting items to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds on/off shelving and carts, often using a ladder; wrap pallets for transport.

Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information .

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.

• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds , on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder. Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.

• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:
