Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Denver, CO is hiring for a warehouse associate in our Product Support and Logistics Division. You will safely perform material handling, use handheld scanners, and process receiving, counting, and order fulfillment for parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

Training is provided for equipment such as order pickers and forklifts as appropriate. Starting pay is $21.65 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour night shift premium on second and third shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping as required.

Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. We touch nearly every element of the services value stream from procurement to design and manufacturing to distribution. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts and Integrated Logistics.

Job Duties/Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind, not all available positions operate equipment.
• Report defects and need for repairs.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.
• Other duties as business demand changes
• Usage of required PPE and adherence to safety procedures for tasks being performed at all times.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the following tasks (reasonable accommodations may be requested to accommodate individuals with disabilities):
• Frequently lift 1 - 29 pounds,
• Infrequently lift 30 - 50 pounds,
• Stands and walks on concrete/anti-fatigue mat consistently throughout shift
• Stoops, kneels, squats, frequently throughout shift

Available Shifts

AWS - Wednesday - Saturday, 5:30 am - 3:30 pm

2nd, Monday - Friday, 3:30pm to 11:30 pm

3rd, Sunday - Thursday 11:30pm to 7:30am

Starting pay rate

$21.65/hour + $1/hour night shift premium (applies to 2nd & 3rd shift)

Summary Pay Range

$21.65 - $28.15
