Warehouse Associate

Location: TXLAP Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the ebb and flow of products entering and leaving the facility and dive into inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 2102 S Battleground St, La Porte, TX 77571. After onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals, a flexible schedule may be offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Performing other duties to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screen and background check as applicable

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in inventory receiving, shipping, or management
