Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Decatur, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely operate a stand‑up forklift, pull orders, and prepare outbound shipments. You will build, wrap and transport pallets, use RF devices to sort and process orders, and ensure incoming material is received, verified and stocked.

Maintain a clean, safe workspace, follow DOT and PPE guidelines, and be ready for pre‑employment drug and background screening. This role requires attention to detail and dependable teamwork.

Formación

• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid state license required.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with quick learning of systems.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
• May be responsible for providing back‑up driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

- Pay Range: - $17.41 - $26.11 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
