Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of related warehouse experience required
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks), including maintenance and troubleshooting
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into warehouse management systems
• Work overtime as needed
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible, self-driven, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
• Load and unload trailers, ensuring accurate scanning and security at shift end
• Train dock employees on new procedures
• Perform picking, packing, and quality checks
• Handle materials according to policies and procedures
• Move materials physically and logically within the warehouse
• Participate in team activities for continuous improvement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
