You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm, overtime can be expected.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate stand-up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker), pallet jacks and overhead cranes to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.Qualifications0-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must have a Valid Driver's license.Prior experience using forklift, order pickers and other material handling equipment is preferred.High attention to detail.Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.Self-starter with the ability to learn our systems quickly.Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally.Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.*Pre-employment drug and background screening required*At Ferguson, we care for each other.
