Job summary

Delavan Holdings is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to accurately store materials, pick, pack, scan orders, unload containers, and replenish stock.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, support audits, and operate warehouse equipment while upholding safety and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to use basic computer functions.
• Forklift operational experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into inventory.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with all team members and be a quality team member, take accountability for actions as a team member.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ability to use basic computer functions to assist with receiving and inventory functions.
• Some maintenance ability to help with basic maintenance functions.
• Ability to unload containers.
• Any other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
