Job summary

Allegiant Utility Services, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage all inventory logistics in a light industrial setting. You will oversee daily inventory movement, perform forklift operations, and ensure accuracy in the Warehouse Management System.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support quality control, maintain records, and assist with process improvements. This role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background check & drug screening required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Forklift Operator Certificate required.
  • Must have computer skills incl. PC, email, and navigation systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the public, utility, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate objective is to apply their expertise to manage and execute all warehouse duties in a light industrial work environment. This includes; daily oversight of all inventory logistics including movement, physical inventory accuracy and Warehouse Management System transactions. The position reports to our Project Manager and a key contributor to developing Warehouse Management processes to support our project. We are seeking team members that demonstrate an aptitude for quality control, process adherence, warehousing, inventory, and computers.Duties and core responsibilities include the following:Manage all inventory logistics and movementMaintain inventory records accuratelyOperate forkliftPerform other responsibilities as assigned or required.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentMust complete a background check & drug screeningMust have and maintain a valid driver's licenseForklift Operator Certificate requiredMust have computer skills including the ability to operate a PC, mobile handheld applications, email, and navigation systemsMust maintain a professional manner and have strong communication skills to communicate effectively with the public, utility and internal teamsThe employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusWhile performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to sit, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is constantly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls.
