Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Garnet Valley, PA for a Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM shift at $19.00 per hour. You will support warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), with prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution training being beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, label, palletize, and store inbound shipments.
• Pick, pack, kit, and ship orders accurately using RF scanners and WMS technology.

• Assist with rework projects and other warehouse assignments as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Must wear steel-toed shoes
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
