Job summary

POOLCORP Concord, CA warehouse position is seeking a team member to pull, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup. You will help load trucks, receive shipments and maintain inventory while ensuring safe forklift operation and compliance with certifications.

Strong communication with supervisors and customers is essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory and maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification, performs vehicle safety checks.
• Assists in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.95 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position in California is between $18.00 and $22.95 based on a full-time schedule. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commissions plans as well as relocation or cost of living adjustments. Your total compensation (pay, benefits, and bonuses) will be adjusted based upon your job classification, hours worked, and length of employment. Please note that benefits are subject to change.
