Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, distributing and delivering supplies from the main warehouse location in Ohio. This is a Full-Time, non-Exempt role with competitive hourly pay and a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications include at least six months in a warehouse, forklift and pallet jack experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Operate within a safety culture in all warehouse functions.
• Participate and contribute to Warehouse Operations team.

• Work effectively in a team and assist others as needed.
• Load delivery vehicles and support pickups.
• Perform other duties as required.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Operate within a safety culture in all warehouse functions.
• Participate and contributes to Warehouse Operations team.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and standard setup of all warehouse inventory and equipment.
• Delivery of tools, equipment, and supplies to multiple locations in the Ohio market.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a group, cooperate with others, and offer to help when needed.
• Loads delivery vehicles and assists employees that are picking up supplies.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years-of-age or older.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Education & Experience

• At least six (6) months experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience driving a forklift, pallet jack.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment.

Pre-Screen

• Upon offer, employees may be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and/or MVR check.

License & Certifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Commercial Driver License (CDL) preferred.

• FREQUENT (up to 66%): sense of touch, manual dexterity, speaking clearly, hearing-speech range, walking, seeing distant, climbing on/off truck, gripping, lifting over 10-50 lbs., reaching, range of motion, depth perception, color vision, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 10 lbs., lifting up to 50 lbs.
• CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): seeing, standing, reading.
