Blazer Electric Supply in Colorado Springs is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, pick, pack and distribute inventory, supporting efficient warehouse operations. You will lift and move inventory, operate light warehouse equipment, unload deliveries, and ensure accurate storage and on-time order fulfillment.

Steel-toed boots required; hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with pay starting at $18.00–$20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Perform physical requirements to lift and move inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment and follow manufacturers’ instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and conduct daily safety inspections.
• Unload delivery vehicles, identify material, break down material, and note discrepancies.
• Accurately store product to the proper location; light equipment may be used.
• Select and pack customer orders and ensure conformance to customer standards.
• May perform Delivery Driver duties with a light van to deliver orders when needed.

Overview:

• Receive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory.

Typical Functions:

• Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions.
• Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.
• Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies.
• Accurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required.
• Select and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations.
• May perform Delivery Driver duties as needed; operate a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders; ensure that customers orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Additional Information:

• Steel toed boots required.
