Job summary

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen in Colorado Springs is hiring a Warehouse Associate to help load, unload, and organize shipments and prepare materials for installer pickups. You’ll keep the warehouse safe and tidy while supporting daily installations and a fast-moving operation.

No heavy experience required, but ability to lift up to 150 lbs, adapt to change, and deliver friendly customer service are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and feedback.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
• Comfortable working in a semi-climate-controlled environment.
