Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Clinton where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, safety procedures, and operating instructions.
• Basic computer and math skills required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience loading, unloading, picking, packing, and moving products in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems, warehouse software, or Microsoft Office applications is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds, or more with assistance, following company safety procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as business needs require.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain required certifications.

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials and merchandise.
• Pick, pack, prepare, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are secured and protected from damage.
• Organize inventory and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory records, enter data into warehouse systems, and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Verify product quantities, shipping methods, and order accuracy.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and support a clean, organized work environment.
