Job summary

Bilinski Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our refrigerated warehouse in Albany, NY. Pay starts at $22.00 per hour with weekly payroll and mandatory overtime plus occasional Saturdays.

Typical hours are Mon. - Fri. 6:30am to 4:00pm, with a no facial hair or no jewelry policy for production staff.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Yard Jockey moving semi-truck trailers and containers.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Staging and palletizing customer orders.
• Unloading and loading incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verifying shipments with paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintaining accurate shipping and receiving logs.

Position Overview

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking an experienced team member for our refrigerated warehouse.

The Right Candidate Must Have The Following Attributes

• Must be an experienced Yard Jockey - with the ability to move semi-truck trailers and containers around the warehouse facility
• The ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
• The ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs without assistance
• The ability to communicate with employees and vendors in a professional manner
• The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Staging and palletizing customer orders
• Unloading and loading incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verifying shipments with their corresponding paperwork (sales orders, purchase orders, etc.) for accuracy
• Maintaining accurate shipping and receiving logs in a neat and organized fashion
