Rangen, LLC Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle raw materials and finished products, maintain a clean, safe, organized work area, and support inventory control in a union environment. This is a second shift position in Cincinnati, OH.

This role unloads materials, records load/lot information, packages products with correct weights, and fulfills customer orders professionally while upholding safety policies. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift and skid steer.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lb (110 lb with a partner) in a dusty environment.
• Good math and organizational skills.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions and complete documentation.
• Willing to work overtime hours as needed.

Position Summary:

Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling raw materials and finished product as well as maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. This is a union position after 90 days of employment.This is a second shift position, is Monday - Friday 3 pm - 11 pm.

What You’ll Do in this Role:

• Know and practice company Vision, Mission, Purpose, Promise, and Values
• Unload incoming raw materials and record load and lot information
• Package and load product in appropriate package with correct weight
• Accurately fulfill customer orders in a professional, timely manners
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Maintain clean and orderly work environment
• Manage inventory for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
• Maintain open communication between colleagues and management
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment including a forklift, skid steer, and other equipment as required
• Ability to repetitively lift packages up to 50 lb. (or 110lb. with a partner) while working in a non-climate-controlled dusty environment
• Good math and organizational skills
• Able to follow written and verbal directions and complete the necessary documentation.
• Willing to work overtime hours as needed
