Culligan of Chico is seeking a part-time Shop Assistant to join our service team. You will maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment and support technicians by keeping tools and supplies in order.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, well‑organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication with teammates and a professional appearance are essential for providing reliable support in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness of the shop floor, work areas, and common spaces.
• Organize tools, parts, and equipment so technicians can find what they need quickly and easily.
• Assist with receiving and putting away incoming parts and supply deliveries.
• Keep the parts and inventory area tidy and properly labeled.
• Dispose of waste, packaging, and debris in accordance with company and safety guidelines.
• Assist the team with light shop tasks as needed.
• Uphold Culligan's standards for professionalism and a clean working environment at all times.
