Job summary

Renuity is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Illinois location. You will work under the Warehouse Manager, help ensure safety, accuracy, and timely shipments.

Starting wage is $21 per hour, with potential to earn up to $25 per hour. The role includes driving a 16-foot box truck when needed and contributing to inventory control and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification and/or ability to complete forklift training.
• Must have experience driving a box truck.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse staff under the Warehouse Manager with safety as top priority.
• Monitor expenditures and identify variances; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.
• Assist in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to a satellite location when needed.
• Clean, organize, and move doors and pans in the warehouse.

About the Role

• Works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to aid in directing warehouse staff, putting worker safety as top priority.


• Meets warehouse financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.


• Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders.


• Aids in satellite facility warehouse inventory and operations.


• Drive a 16-foot box truck to a satellite location when needed


• Comfortable cleaning, organizing, moving doors and pans in the warehouse

Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.


• 2+ years' warehouse experience


• Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to Company protocol.


• Must have experience driving a box truck


• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record


• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office proficiency
