Job Description: Warehouse Associate

This is a full-time, direct hire position. We seek team players who are diligent, hardworking, and positive.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically
• Check products for defects and accuracy
• Pull, pack, and ship finished goods
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Inspect machinery and perform regular maintenance
• Unload materials from incoming vehicles and organize them
• Pull orders from shelves and secure them onto pallets
• Communicate with managers about equipment maintenance needs
• Follow safety protocols diligently
• Maintain tools and equipment properly
• Help ensure a safe and organized facility environment
• Assist on local job sites with building, tearing down structures, and loading trucks (as needed)
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Current valid driver's license (Forklift license preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to occasionally travel to construction sites across the U.S.
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and industrial equipment
• Ability to work overtime occasionally
• Ability to read and understand safety instructions
• Experience with forklift operation and training (preferred)
• Experience with loading/unloading trucks (preferred)
• Small engine repair skills (preferred but not required)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly

Work Environment:

• Exposed to noise, moving machinery, dust, and outdoor conditions
• Wearing safety gear as required
