Description

The Warehouse Associate position exists to ensure effective movement and management of inventory between the dock, sales floor, product repair, customer pickup, and delivery. This role involves evaluating and shipping merchandise and managing inventory flow. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for unloading trailers (Receiving). This is an individual contributor role within a designated unit.

Job Responsibilities

1. Fill order requests, stage merchandise, and load for shipments (Shipping).
2. Evaluate products and move to designated zones for processing (Receiving).
3. Move merchandise between dock, stockroom, sales floor, customer pickup/delivery, and remove sold merchandise from the sales floor.
4. Audit and maintain accuracy of the Hold for Merchandise (HFM) staging area.
5. Assemble merchandise and fixtures as needed.
6. Process receipts and monitor inventory control and logging.
7. Create documentation for shipments and deliveries.
8. Provide timely, friendly customer service during pickups and inquiries.
9. Report unsafe or unethical conditions to management.
10. Assist with merchandise movement to meet presentation standards and develop a team environment.
11. Follow company policies to protect assets during customer pickups.
12. Perform daily housekeeping tasks.
13. Perform miscellaneous duties, including assisting with sales when cross-trained.
14. Maintain a safe and clean receiving area.
15. Assist customers with loading and securing merchandise in their vehicles.

Minimum Requirements
